AWANA Clubs for Kids!
Awana is a Bible-based weekly program featuring classroom activities as well as games and refreshments for all attendees. Classrooms are grouped by age and this year have been expanded to include toddlers as well as middle and high school students.
“We are looking forward to a year of fun and fellowship with local youth interested in learning more about God’s Word and the truths of the Bible,” says Robert Burton, leader of the Awana program at Friendship Baptist.
This year’s lineup includes:
Puggles: 2's and 3's Cubbies: Preschool (3 or older on 9/1)
Sparks: K-2nd grades Truth & Training (T&T): 3rd-6th grades 24/7:7th-12th grades
Friendship’s Awana program provides a fun forum in which to teach children about the love of God and is a perennial favorite for church families and newcomers alike. Pastor Ken Cademartori also leads an adult Bible study during this time and visitors are encouraged to attend.
